My new home

I found myself a new home to live in because I can't afford to live any place else right now. Here it is below:

It was the biggest one I found for such a great price!! ;-)

Nah, I'm kidding. Since it's been a while, here are a few updates on what has been going on:

I got a new starter for my car from the zone (Auto Zone) and my friend's (Uncle Bri) brother-in-law was finally able to install it for me on Monday evening. Since then, the car has been starting without any problems now. However, the noticed the head gaskets or valve covers leaking (I'm not a mechanic so I'm not sure which one he said) so my uncle is trying to find the invoice from the mechanic who spent the month on my car so we can find out if he touched the engine parts at all; I think he did but my uncle doesn't so I'm not sure. I'm sure he said he install new head gaskets or valve covers or something. I think I should go back in blog to the year 2004 to check on that! ;-)

The big ass box you see above in my room is my new car headliner, along with sun visors and speaker panels. It looks like the same color like the one in my car but darker than the "doeskin" tan which I was trying to get for the whole "KR" conversion but it's still good enough and I can always change it much later! The color is still tan though, which is ok. All I need to do now is find someone who can put it in for me. I called a few upholstery places and one said $75 and it would take 4hrs and another said around $90 and it would only take an 1hr and a 1/2. I may go for the latter place but I'm still looking around. I also got my tail lights I ordered on ebay on the beginning of this week to so that is cool. I am looking for a person to install that too because I don't mess with any of that stuff for fear of breaking it.

I took the BAT and PAT tests on Tuesday of this week. The BAT (Basic Ability Test) was pretty damn easy and 25 of the 125 questions did not count so I'm sure I passed that shit. It was a test of basic police scenarios, grammer questions, and questions with a few graphs and maps, and the last were a few of those psychological questions with finding the shape which fits in the object to the left and which does not fit into it.

The PAT (Physical Ability Test) was also a cake walk. Time to pass was 6:04 (min:sec) and I made it in 4:30. For a person who had not run in a long time and walk much and who just had a cookie to eat in the morning before the tests and waiting until around 5:30p to take the test, that was pretty good. It just consisted of sitting in a car, getting out, opening the trunk to grab the revolver, putting it on the chair, running 220 yards (slow jog), climbing over a 4ft wall, jumping (most people walked) over a few hurdles, zig-zagging through cones, crawling through one spot, dragging a 150lb dummy 100ft, then doing the course all over again backwards, shooting the gun 6 times in each hand, putting it back in the trunk, going back in the car and that's it! The test results will be mailed out in the self-addressed envelope we had to fill out ourselves next week. Unfortunately, I thought I would be able to get into the Police Academy next month but they have to do the background check and I got a packet to fill in and all that so I won't be able to enroll until April or so which is kinda good because...

I got a phone call today while I was at checkers eating my food at around 4PM from a guy at the security place I filled out an application for. I haven't heard from them so I was going to call but now I don't have to which is sweet because I don't like doing that kind of stuff. I have an interview for tomorrow at 10:30a for a security job. That will be sweet because I won't be going to the academy for a while and my PC biz is slow anyway so I can work there full time and start paying off my debts and maybe I'll have enough money left over to fix up my car some more. WOOOHOOO!!! V8 here I come! Ah.... sweet back paint job.... I can't wait! I choose not to believe in the so-called "jinx's" anymore so I'm just going to say whatever and hope for the best! That's part of my new years revolution because it's time for me to revolutionize the "Whole Package"!

Holy shiscabibble! I started this at 10:55PM and its now 3:00AM! I been too busy looking at the ebay site to see if I can find more stuff for cheaper. I was trying to get this center console lid for my car for around $15 because mine has a crack in it but as I bid, I was always outbid by that one dude bidding on it. After it went up to around $30, I said screw it.

That's all I gotta say for now. Tomorrow I will talk about that thing I got a week ago but didn't get a chance to add it here yet and then some....

Night,

Jutin
